Our mission at Bridge Oaks is to acquire and operate a single small / mid-sized business with annual EBITDA above $1.5 million and a strong team in place to grow and build off the foundation of the previous owners.
The goal is to and dedicate 100% of my time leading the business, developing alongside the people who make it work every day and guiding it towards long-term success. I am a strong believer in the idea that good leadership comes from good stewardship of the business but also caring for the people who work there and I fully plan to implement or continue profit sharing initiatives with the employees that make up the company.
I’ve partnered with an amazing and experienced investor group who will be able to provide capital, real world experience in growing small businesses, and corporate governance.
